This stainless steel grill with wooden handles is designed to fit into the 8mm skewer holes on the adjustable bar on Cypriot-style bbq sets. An ideal addition to our Traditional Foukou Charcoal BBQ Set Large Blue
Specifications (approx):
- The dimensions of the cooking area are approx 66cm x 26cm.
- Length of the wooden handles approx 12cm
- Distance between handles 16cm
- The total length of the grill is 80cm (86cm with Handles)
- Weight 1.3kg
The grill can be raised higher and lower using the height-adjusting handle on the actual bbq set.

Genius addition to a Cyprus BBQ grill to keep food warm
Many people don't use the Souvla mechanism on Cyprus BBQs, including me. But this device is brilliant, just raise the souvla mechanism up to high position and add this grill, it's perfect for keeping your souvlaki skewers and pitta breads warm before serving and doesn't get in the way of the souvlaki cooking below. I guess with enough charcoal, at a lower position you could also cook burgers, steaks etc. like on a regular BBQ but I've not tried that yet.

Another excellent bit of kit for the Foukou well worth having one, I've cooked flat breads, burgers, steak mushrooms, garlic bread and many more things using the stainless steel grill and it's easy to clean.
